Professional background

Blake Colman’s professional career spans commercial building, marketing and distribution, capital and real estate, the spirits industry, and applied artificial intelligence. He began in commercial refrigeration in Perth before building sales and marketing operations in Australia, working in capital and real estate across the United Kingdom and Bali, and later deploying AI systems in international venture operations.

He is the founder of Agave Finder, a technology platform cataloguing more than 2,000 agave brands and 6,700 bottles. His work combines category knowledge, distribution strategy and AI-assisted product discovery.
